how do i change handling cost in bulk

Go to items your selling .. Click the top box so it clicks all your items  Click on edit all selected ... This will bring you to bulk reivision sections in which it is pretty straight forward from there ..

it doesn't work. However, I did the bulk handling changes in the past. Ebay might be discouraging sellers to not raise fees...Thx anyways
