I ordered a product and now the listing number does not appear?

I ordered a product and now the listing number (originally 272715157679) does not appear and I can not contact ebay support as the product does not come up in the support field. What do I do?

The payment processed in Paypal but I believe I will not receive the product as I believe it is fraud.

This is the third time the system makes it so that I can not use the transaction guarantee.

Probably it for me and Ebay as it seems like they are intentionally dodging their responsibilities.

Does the item not show up in your purchase history? Removed by eBay? If it was removed by eBay then you should be covered.

If not file a PayPal claim for "item not received". You have 180 days (6 months) from the purchase date to file a claim with PayPal.

In Ebay it says on the purchase history screen:
We had to remove this listing from the site and you're not required to complete the transaction. If you've already sent payment, the sale should process as normal and you don't have anything to worry about. If you have any questions about delivery, please check tracking or contact your seller. If you run into any trouble along the way eBay is here to help. Please visit the Resolution Centre to help resolve any problems you may encounter.

But when I enter in the transaction number in the resolution center it says:

This listing (272715157679) has been removed, or this item is not available.
Please check that you've entered the correct item number
Listings that have ended 90 or more days ago will not be available for viewing.

In Paypal it says: Need help?
We recommend that you contact the seller through eBay to try resolving the problem first. If you can't resolve it by working directly with the seller, go to the eBay Resolution Centre. Your purchase may be eligible for eBay Money Back Guarantee

So, how do I contact them? The transaction was on June 13th, 2017, 5 days ago....

You will have to phone eBay Customer Service and explain the situation to them. You are covered by both eBay and PayPal.

Explain to eBay CS that there is no estimated delivery date or tracking number and you can not contact the seller because the listing has been removed from your eBay.. Let them know you want a refund for the transaction.
