ebay has closed my file on an order that has not arrived. I do not know how to contact ebay to get this issue resolved. Please advise.

In addition to eBay, you are covered by Paypal's Buyer Protection policy and by the chargeback policy of the credit card you use to back your PP account or if you paid directly with your card as a Guest.

a claim on ebay for item not received can only be opened in the 30 days after last estimated delivery date. It will close if not escalated to ebay.
