Listing an auction, but unable to change font type, size or color

I am unable to change the font size, type or color, or adjust spacing when listing my auctions despite several attempts.  One of said auctions is http://www.ebay.ca/itm/310805942500?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649  if you need a visual example. 

Is this a temporary glitch, or has something changed in the listings?  Any assistance in this would be greatly appreciated!
