I do not offer free shipping, but when the auction ends some of my auctions are coming up as free shipping.
I phoned the eBay help line, and was told it must be my settings. However I checked my settings previously so I know that is not the case.
I also noticed that some other sellers are apparently having the same issue, but no-one seems to know how to fix it.
I am unable to determine which auctions are affected by the glitch until after the auction ends. Any ideas?
