Why am I restricted to my own items?

I try to see the descriptions to my own items but it says it is restriceted. Also even though I live in Canada, I also ship in the US but now I am automaticly dirested toward Canada Post when I want to print my USPS labels.

Can you help me?

I hate to press and my last post on your Q. Are you saying that your browser..tools ..internet options..languages..is not showing any french (fr).
