Why does the listing show "free shipping" yet when I process the transaction - I am charged nearly $8 for s/h?

This is what I see on my list of purchases "free shipping" but not on the following screens as I process my paypal payment.

I also cannot find an override button.

I would suggest it is an eBay "bug" rather than a problem with the seller. But I can;t find a way to send them the details.

Contact seller by asking for a revised invoice,

if S&H charges are still there, then as already posted previous, you have agreed to the auction terms as soon as you hit BID (or BIN).

Read all auctions carefully, and don't be afraid to ask the seller what their shipping charges are, in some cases, you may be pleasently surprised by a reduction in the posted shipping price.
