How do I get my message identification in English

I've experienced the same issue for a few days also.

Go to the toolbar at the top of your eBay page.

On the right side, place your mouse pointer over "My eBay'. A drop down menu will appear.

Click on 'Messages' at the bottom of the menu.

Works for me.
