I had the same problem. I bought a book for $21.20 on Sept.10. 2015. It
was a buy-it-now and I immediately paid. The next day or so, the seller
cancelled the transaction and on Sept. 22 relisted the book for $61.02.

Why doesn't Ebay offer USPS International shipping to Canadian buyers?
It is ridiculous to pay such high fees on cheap items that normally
aren't charge brokerage fees, customs, duty, taxes, etc. Does Ebay own
or get a kick-back from GLOBAL SHIPPING?...
