paypal a small fee to put the money in my account immediately. Is there

Well you answers all seem to assume eBay pays you at all, now they just
wont pay me, payments for months without issue, as soon as I have a big
purchase of 300 dollars they stop paying for over a week, then i made
another sale for around a 1000, ebay...
