Is there a seller tool coming to replace Turbo Lister?

I recall getting a message that Turbo Lister would no longer be used in June. Is there more info on that?

The markdown manager is not where you say it is in Marketing Tools. Please advise.

do quantities within a listing count toward the monthly maximum listings?

I have 8 listings that have quantities of 16 items available for each. Ebay has made that 128 listings. I understood (and now can't find it) that it didn't matter how many of each item you had in a listing - it is counted as 8 not 128.
