I still have 40 free auction/buy-it-now listings left but can't list any
of them without listing fee charges. When will system be fixed? Will I
receive a refund for fees? Is this a system error due to 'leap second'
on computer clocks?
So you say that the increase of $12 quarterly has a value of $165. There
is an increase of fixed price listings of only 50 and the auction
listings by 150. How does that add up to $165 in value? I would also
