I do upgrade it to Tracked Packet when the item price warrants it, but
come on now. I understand that overall Canada Post does a good job at
getting the packages through. It would be nice to see a tracking system
put in place on small packet air item...
I can understand the cancellation of door to door services, most
neighborhoods are built with those multi-mail boxes now anyways, BUT
what I am most unhappy with is the lack of service for the amount we
spend to ship items. Example. Small Packet Air ...
