If I go to the post office who pays the extra shipping, as there will be
no discount...I now have 9 items, most are larger, the discounts add up
pretty fast...I pass the discounts to my customers, and their shipping
price was based on the discounted ...

Same problem here in Manitoba...cannot ship using expediated usa parcel

dimensions....called Canada post, they say it's paypal, call them....so
