I just bought and iphone4s for over 250$. I patiently waited for it in
the mail....and after 2 weeks it arrived yesterday. I went to hook it
up, and was denied as the phone is blacklisted from bell, and is not
able to be hooked up. THIS WAS NOT MENTI...
