Is anyone else having problems with Paypal shipping - not all items -
seems just like small parcel surface USA ones won't go through while
others do. Error message comes up "Paypal shipping not availble Sorry
for the inconvenience. Try later'
I may have just answered my own question - when I tried again I changed
to Expedited USA & it was going to let me go ahead but NO WAY - a 5.97
charge is 14.38 now just so you can have tracking ?
