I made my ebay account when I lived in Ireland now I live in Canada. How do I change everything to just ebay.ca? I cant even sell an iPhone.

I have changed absolutly everything to my new address but my currency is still in Euro.

I changed my currency from Euro to USD but still cant sell an iPhone 5. Ive sold things before so I dont understand, and ive lived in Canada for 4 years.
