The seller is offering me to buy is item i didnt win, because the winner wants the item ship to China. He wants me to give him my email address so he can send me a paypal invoice. I refuse. He then tells me hes not aloud to sell on ebay till the firs...

I received the wrong item. The seller is asking me to send it back and pay for the shipping fee. He will refund me the shipping fee when he gets the item back? Is this secure? Is this usual?? Thank you
