Some things i want to buy are being sold from other countries. Do i have
to pay any international fees. I only buy things that are free shipping,
so do i only pay the price of the item?
If I bid and win the bid, do i pay only the amount I bidded for? Or when
i buy something at the listed price do i pay any other fees like tax or
a fee to eBay?
