UPS SUX! They offer "door-to-door delivery" which is bald faced lie!!!
My wife had to drive 45 mins.(one way) to retreive an item from their
"door-to-door delivery." In reality they put it on a bus and sent it on
a trip. Try to talk to them about it!...
