Won best offer but seller wants to cancel deal. I paid Item then he refund me. What should i do ?

I really want my item i won, the seller accepted 2 of my best offers, I paid the item but then he says deal is off and he can't sell because price is too low, he did refund me. What should I do ?

Open a dispute on ebay, after that process you will be refunded most probably.
