I was wondering if the shipping charge can automatically change based on
total price of order? For instance all items bought ship for 1.25
dollars, but when total order pass 60 dollars I want to ship expedited

I sell coins on eBay and one item has several buyers bidding on it. The
highest bidder has emailed me to ask if they can cancel there bid. I
