The shipping calculator always gives the wrong amount for shipping through Canada Post. I always get charged a lot more when I take the item to the Post Office. How can this be fixed?

If I open an ebay store in Canada, do I have to charge and remit GST/PST?

I was quoted a shipping price which I posted in my ad; but when I went to ship I had been given the wrong price.. What are my options?
