I won a bell for $4.44, I paid about $10 shipping... as it wasn't worth
much I didn't want insurance. The shipper didn't declare any value. UPS
ticked the box marked $100 AFTER the lady left. It showed up at my door
and the guy wanted over $60 in fee...
