what happened to the filters in clothing and accessories on ebay.ca?

it use to be when I go search in skirts, you can check which boxes, based on style, size, material, condition...etc..now it doesn't show up. why???

why is the search result count differ than what is output:

search on the left hand corner shows 54 items but when scrolling shows 24 listed
