I bid on a scarf, but was unable to complete the transaction, as I had
to leave on a family emergency. The seller has issued a claim against me
with E bay for not completing the purchase. Upon my return, I decided
not to purchase this item.
I purchased a watch on e bay. The watch did not work. I sent it back to
the seller as agreed upon for a total refund. Now that the seller has
both my money and my watch he has refused to issue my refund. I need
