I too have had multiple issues with no shipping price being available
for US and international listings. I am 100% sure I have lost sales as
not everyone is willing to spend the time to enquirer what the shipping
cost is.
I always figure that I get a conversion rate of about 10% on the
kickers, but they do take a lot of my time to deal with. If I have the
time I try to respond politely and usually regret when I am short with
someone... it sometimes bites me in the B**...
