I got burned as well after receiving an item on Dec 14/08 valued at $50.
UPS sent an invoice to me on Jan 9/08 for $38. About $30 for brokerage,
the remainder are taxes / customs fee. You have to pay. Any item more
than $20 sent via ground will incur...
