what happens if i don,t pay for an item cause i can,t get a quote on shipping i,ve tried 3 times so if its to much i won,t want to pay

I,ve emailed for a shipping quote 3 times can,t get an answer from the guy my grandson really wants this item what happens if i bid and then don,t pay cause i don,t like the shipping cost
