i sod an item for 4.50 and the fee is 11 percent for the first 50
dollars equal to 5.50 and the other 400 is at 6 % well 6 percent of 400
is approx 26$ so that makes about 31$ but i was charged 40.50 plus 1.50
for shipping fee does this make anysence...
