why don't my listings show the number of page views. they show up on my i-phone but not my laptop computer

the number of visits to my ad shows up on my i-phone but not my laptop computer does anyone know why.

why don't the number of page views show when I check on my item for sale?

very often lately the number of views doesn't show up when I check my items for sale. It's hard to know if my ads are doing good when I can't see how many are looking at it.
