It's fishy to me. Although I have had quite a few of my long time
customers email me to say that they have had tons of problems with
PayPal and asked if they can send money orders or cheques instead.
Any light packets to the US I do through PayPal, and just tape the whole
lable/customs doc to the front of the package like an address lable,
take my 30 packages a day to the postal kiosk in the drug store around

items for over $10.00 and are bulky that need boxes and go through
