twice buyers with zero feedback have bought my item and twice they fail
to pay for it. question is if there is any automatic way or any other
way to prevent any buyer with zero feedback from bidding on my item?

but this system was never in existence before as far as i could

after a buyer wins an item should be the final price to be paid at check
