Is Free shipping on each additional eligible item option available to Canadian sellers. If it is do I need to send the bidder an invoice for the multiple wins? Or will this all be done automatically at checkout? Thanks very much.

I've made the option of Free shipping on each additional eligible item. But I was wondering just how this is done at checkout. If the buyer wins two auctions and completes payment for item No.1 and then again goes through checkout and completes payme...
