Yesterday I used PayPal to make a purchase..I had forgotten my log in info at home so I used the " Don't have an account " option where you fill in the credit card info, etc. I made a mistake with a couple of the needed " fill in areas" as in expirat...

It has been WELL over a year since I had a strike against me on my account and I occassionally still receive the message ...this buyer will not sell to members with 2 or more strikes in past year. How do I get this removed???
