Quite frankly the changes hurt the low volume sellers with FVF going
from 9 to 10% on Auction Sales and from 5% to 10% on Buy Now.Makes no
sense to list Buy Now with the Fee being the same now.Higher Fees for
Low Volume Sellers mean Higher Prices for...
