Hi Kim, Can you explain us why the Postal Guide still states that no goods are admitted at the letter-post rate. Thank you for your help

Looks like that chart wasn't uptdated since "Articles up to $500 in value" still figures in the other letter-post section.

The sneaky thing is that there was no annoumcement,but here is a link to the postal guide where they added the red text a few months ago: http://www.canadapost.ca/personal/tools/pg/manual/d08-e.asp

Consider that it went to Tahiland by boat so it my take 3 more weeks max.
