My purchase shows the global shipping program importing fee when it is
time to pay sometimes it doesn't come up when looking at a item even
when bidding but after I am winning it sure comes up sometime at 20%
then Down to 10% once I won the item but ...
What am I getting From the GSP on a item no taxes or duty will be owing
and I was Charged 10% $58.80 the item are Tax free ( 2 different ways so
it should be a no brainer) in this province and under NAFTA there is no

If the item is from North America there is no duty under NAFTA only GST,
PST or HST for some items if you use FedEx or UPS and there is no tax on
the item you do not pay a border fee but the Global Shipping Program
still charges in my case 10% $58.80...
