I'm new to e-Bay and so far I'm not happy. This simply adds to my
frustration. I believe that in GOOD FAITH, this issue should be at the
very start of signing into e-Bay. I think it's unfair to have to stumble
across something so important.
And as many have stressed again and again, here and elsewhere, avoid
buying items from the US that are shipped via UPS. Here is the link to
