i won a bid on e bay, paid for it then got message from seller that there is a hair line crack in it

i am willing to accept item with hair line crack in it. my pay pal was reinbursed and i sent message to seller saying i am happy to accept as is.where do i stand on this issue thanks for your help wor ann
