By the way, what does Centura consider as "business purposes"? If money
was transferred in from Paypal and left around for a week or two and
deposited/withdrawn, would that be fine?
I don't see a problem with it either. It gives the buyer quite an
advantage because they get to use their credit card for their purchase
which gives them a lot of protection. However, I think the fact that
Paypal charges their fee for both credit car...
