My customer says she cannot purchase one of my items under the buy it now option - that ebay tells her she needs an 'exception' from me.Anybody know why? She is a return customer, and I don't like to ruffle her feathers.

How do I add shipping costs to invoices? There doesn't seem to be a space for that, so customer gets only cost of item, not the total.
