You can`t sign up for a Centura account online. You must go to a branch
because there is paperwork to be signed. I just went through the motion
myself; it was painless
I tried to open an account at TD Price Waterhouse in Dec and was told
that Bush put a stop to these accounts as part of the War on Terrorism.
Went to RB Centura and had no problem to open one.
