I keep getting a photo error when trying to either relist or sell similar, not complying policy?

Every time i am trying to relist or sell similar, i keep getting a photo message and it's not allowing me to relist? Theis is the message I get "Some of your photos do not comply with our policy." The PNG image is 298x296, 182kb...why isn't it lettin...

I keep getting "Some of your photos do not comply with our policy." Even when i try to resell or even relist in which i have made zero changes to the original...what;s going on?
