That seller is in China and if he sends his parcels by surface mail, it
can take more than 6 weeks to arrive to Canada. Are we allowed to
mention the seller's ID so other buyers know not to buy from him or her?
I have the same problem too and I didn't know about the 45 days period
and I feel terrible. I wish ebay could do something about these
complaints. My case actually happened around the same time, starting
from end of Sep2013 and this seller dragged me...
