I've put items in the cart, proceeded to checkout, and want to wait for
an invoice from the seller, but it seems I must proceed to paypal and
pay for items to complete the transaction. Is there a way to wait for
invoice before paying?

with combined shipping, and could not find how, I've paid ridiculous
