twice i bought things and got money refunded because they were out of
stock or didn't have anything, all that does is make me mad and tied up
my money for 6 or more days and can't order from someone else till i get
my money back
sellers charge a 15% restocking fee shouldn't that apply the other way
too? If they can't deliver want they are selling then for inconvenience
and tying up our money, we should get a 15% retribution fee on our
origenal payment!!
