What is the deal with signature confirmation for canadian sellers.

If the Canadian sale exceed $250. Do we have to ship express post to qualify for seller protection, or has it been raised. To $750.00 for us?

Thanks femmefan. I was hoping we could get around the expensive shipping options for merchandise that is $750.00 or higher. I thought I read that amongst the "rules".
