One of my pet peeves about this program is the shipping charges seem
totally random. A T-shirt is $21 to ship, something weighing 3 pound is
$9. And when I use best offer..the lower I go the higher the shipping?
Why is there variable shipping costs.....
When I make an offer on an item in the Global shipping program so that
it is below the duty threshold, the shipping charges increase? Why does
that happen!?
