You are absolutely right pjcdn2005. When I clear anything between "my" and "ebay..." in the url then I am able to see My Ebay tab. Thank you for your help.

I'm getting this problem as well. Whenever I press MY EBAY the link takes me to: (cannot post invalid links so see the pic attached) and the message I get that: This webpage is not available ERR_NAME_RESOLUTION_FAILED who do I contact about this prob...
